DESCRIPTION:***Extended until 04/30/2017*** \nThe “Acker” by Robert Häusser is among the most important photographs of the oevre of Robert Häusser\, as it portrays his very own story in the post-war years. \nWolf Biermann devoted a poem especially to him. Now the image of the “Acker” lingers on in a tribute of the artist Brixy and is immersed in vibrant\, colorful moods\, reminiscent of time-honored seasons. Brixy breathes new life into the deep furrows of the “Acker” and inspires the theme in an unimagined blaze of colors to a new interpretation. \nBrixy’s homage to the “Acker” by Robert Häusser will be presented for the first time on the 2nd of February 2017 in the Prince House Gallery and offered for sale. \nPlease register for the presentation by e-mail (gallery@princehouse.de) or by phone (0621 483 453 391).

SUMMARY:Retrospect of "Tomorrow" exhibition in alten Pumpwerk
DESCRIPTION:Dietmar Brixy´s exhibition 2016 in his unique studio\, the old pumping station in Mannheim\, got the title “Tomorrow”. His works are characterized by a colorful mixture of different techniques and elements\, containing quotations from different art movements\, such as Cubism or Surrealism. Brixy leads us through his studio and presents his works. Afterwards there are interviews with the artist Sabine Ostermann and the gallery owner Werner Tammen.
