The “Acker” by Robert Häusser is among the most important photographs of the oevre of Robert Häusser, as it portrays his very own story in the post-war years.

Wolf Biermann devoted a poem especially to him. Now the image of the “Acker” lingers on in a tribute of the artist Brixy and is immersed in vibrant, colorful moods, reminiscent of time-honored seasons. Brixy breathes new life into the deep furrows of the “Acker” and inspires the theme in an unimagined blaze of colors to a new interpretation.

Brixy’s homage to the “Acker” by Robert Häusser will be presented for the first time on the 2nd of February 2017 in the Prince House Gallery.
