The “Acker” by Robert Häusser is among the most important photographs of the oevre of Robert Häusser, as it portrays his very own story in the post-war years.

Wolf Biermann devoted a poem especially to him. Now the image of the “Acker” lingers on in a tribute of the artist Brixy and is immersed in vibrant, colorful moods, reminiscent of time-honored seasons. Brixy breathes new life into the deep furrows of the “Acker” and inspires the theme in an unimagined blaze of colors to a new interpretation.

Brixy’s homage to the “Acker” by Robert Häusser will be presented for the first time on the 2nd of February 2017 in the Prince House Gallery and offered for sale.
